How we research and review

How we choose the places we recommend, how we verify them, and how to report an error.

How we choose what to recommend

We start from a real traveller question, not from a list of businesses willing to pay. For a given area we look at location, what the place is genuinely good for, who it does not suit, the practical constraints around it, and what published sources and official information say. A place that we cannot describe accurately does not get listed.

How we verify

Facts come from official sources, the venue's own published information, public authorities and tourism boards. Every page carries the date it was last verified. When we cannot confirm something, we write that we cannot confirm it rather than guessing.

What we never do

We do not invent reviews, ratings, prices, discounts, partnerships or scarcity. We do not claim to have visited a place we have not visited. We do not publish a page that adds nothing to what a reader can already find elsewhere.

Artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to research, structure and draft. A human reviews, corrects and takes responsibility for what is published. AI is never used to fabricate experience, photographs or testimonials.
