The Thailand Compass Guides

Three guides built from the same research as this site: one free, two that go further.

Temple of the Emerald Buddha at the Grand Palace, Bangkok

Written from the ground and dated: entry rules as they stand in September 2026, seasons coast by coast, and costs counted in what you actually spend. Every legal and climate figure carries its official source, and where we could not source a number we say so instead of filling the gap.

01 / Free

Thailand Starter

03 / How these are made

Written the same way as the site

Dated, not evergreen

Every legal, price and season figure carries the date it was checked and the source it came from. A rule that changes is a guide that gets revised, not a page left to rot.

Places we can name

Addresses are opened one by one before they are printed. Where we could not verify something, the guide says so instead of filling the gap.

Revised for free

Buyers are told by email when a meaningful update is published, at no extra cost. Nothing to buy twice.

04 / Before you buy

Questions we are actually asked

What exactly do I receive?

A PDF, sent to the email address you use at checkout. Products that include planning files also come with a spreadsheet and a list of places ready to import into Google My Maps.

What language are the guides in?

English, including on the French and Spanish versions of this site.

How is it delivered?

By email, right after payment: a personal download link for each file. The links stay valid for thirty days. If the email does not arrive, write to us and we send it again.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. The pages are laid out for a phone screen first, and open in any PDF reader.

Do I pay again when it is updated?

No. Guides are revised between editions and buyers are told by email, at no additional cost.

Can I get a refund?

If a file is corrupted, unreadable or clearly not what this page described, tell us within fourteen days and we refund it in full. For digital content, the usual fourteen-day right of withdrawal ends once the download begins, which is why we describe each product precisely before you buy.

Who am I buying from?

Avrankou OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Questions before or after buying: hello@thethailandcompass.com.
